Alejandro is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of San Andres Investments. He is responsible for sourcing & underwriting acquisitions, overseeing the construction & design of projects, the disposition of assets, and the company’s overall financial health.
Alejandro began his real estate career as a residential broker and quickly transitioned into buying single-family homes in 2021. He is a cum laude graduate from UNC Charlotte, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance & Development. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in North Carolina and is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Treyvian is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of San Andres Investments. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and financing acquisitions. In addition, he oversees the company’s investor relations and the selection of design professionals/contractors.
Treyvian began his real estate career at the age of 19. Today, his firm Durr Capital Group holds over $10 million worth of real estate. He has a bachelor’s degree from Jackson State University as well as business management certificates from Dartmouth and Yale University. In addition, he is working on his MBA at UNC Chapel Hill. He is also a North Carolina licensed appraiser and a member of the National Small Business Leadership Council.
